Five Element Associations
While doing the Five Element Qi Gong sequence we discussed some of the associations related to each element. Take a look at the extended lists in the resources pages.
I spent several years as a wheel-chair user, then progressed to two crutches, then two sticks then one stick. I then renewed martial arts: batto; kubodo; cane do and health & fitness with the walking stick. I started the T'ai Chi course last September & found that it made a marvellous improvement to my balance along with the Qigong exercises
