Yin Yang - Chansijing exercise
Look in the pages section for the diagram we were using in class last week.
Yang
Yang
Starting at A) - right hand - rotate arm anti clockwise so palm is facing up, left hand starts in normal position palm up. Trace the shape turning you hand appropriately from yin to yang positions ending back at A with your palm up again (yin). D is a point of inflection, a turning point .
Try hands / arms seperately and then both together.
Yin
Once you are familiar tracing around the shape, the next stage is to incorporate the body within the movement, still the arms and let the body move to trace the arms in the chansijing patterns
